Painting in the Tones Workshop 

About the Event

The method of ‘hand-colouring’ or tinting black & white photographs, uses simple, water-based, non-toxic mediums of ink and other materials. This workshop explores old techniques of using watercolour-based inks on monochrome photographs. 

Open to novice, intermediate and advanced levels. Each participant can choose from the prints provided, hand-colour, and take home their finished art prints. All materials and apparatus are provided.
