We are excited to offer another session of Islamic Calligraphy Class with Citi J. Yousoff, a distinguished calligrapher with ijaza from the revered Master Hasan Celebi of Turkey. Starting again on 11th January 2026, this course will guide you through Thuluth and Naskh scripts over 16 sessions, every Sunday from 2:00 p.m to 5:30 p.m.

Learn Thuluth and Naskh scripts
What You’ll Gain:
- Master the Arabic alphabet, joints, and sentence writing.
- Hands-on practice with the reed pen (qalam), including cutting techniques.
- Bilingual instruction in Malay and English.
Beginners will start with Riq’a Script to familiarise themselves with the proper use of the qalam, ink and surface paper and learn how to co- ordinate correctly.
