Celebrate Malay heritage with the Oceans That Speak exhibition at the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia. This engaging workshop introduces you to the kompang, a traditional percussion instrument central to cultural celebrations. Led by Kompang Anak Cheras, participants will explore the rhythm and techniques behind the kompang, learning its role in weddings, gatherings, and ceremonies.

This workshop will be held in Malay with an English interpreter.
