Introduction to Tenun Pahang

Her Royal Highness the Tengku Ampuan of Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, graciously consents to deliver a royal address entitled “Introduction to Tenun Pahang Diraja” in conjunction with the special exhibition “Busana: Traditional Costumes of the Malay World”, to be held on 6 April 2026 (17 Syawal 1447H).

This distinguished occasion presents a rare opportunity to gain deeper insight into the heritage, craftsmanship, and enduring legacy of this esteemed Malay royal textile tradition.
