Requirements:
- Possess good Customer Service Skills
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service – good customer service & communication skills.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards – cleanliness, neatness & display according to the standard requirement.
- Maintain a fully stocked store – ensure the stocks are well replenished & able to update the person in-charge for the status of stocks availability.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes – Cashiering
- Manage customer Email/Online enquiry
- Keep up to date with product information – Product Knowledge
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Assist with stock-count process
- Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of account management/sales or any relevant experience
- Sales driven person who able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
