Job Description:
- To perform despatching work as required by management and also responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness/neatness of the Company Car.
- In the event when there is no requirement for the despatching job to be performed, to assist at the Museumshop based on retail responsibilities as per below :
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service – good customer service & communication skills.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards – cleanliness, neatness & display according to the standard requirement.
- Maintain a fully stocked store – ensure the stocks are well replenished & able to update the person in-charge for the status of stocks availability.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes - Cashiering
- Keep up to date with product information – Product Knowledge
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Assist with stock-count process
- Museum shop IG page
- To assist colleague with the upload entry to Museum shop IG page.
- Any other tasks that may be requested by management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 1 year working experience
- Possess valid driving license (both motorcycle and car)
- Punctual in daily attendance
- Able to read, write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good customer service
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday
