Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description:
Assist in creating social media content for the museum, aiming to maximize public engagement, awareness and brand exposure through various social media platforms.
- Develop and creating social media content that highlights museum exhibitions, galleries, education programs, events, and IAMM products (MOZA Restaurant & Museum Shop).
- Manage and maintain the museum’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content (videos, reels, and stories) to showcase exhibitions, programs, and behind-the-scenes insights.
- Utilize hashtags, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to boost reach and engagement.
- Monitor analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
- Develop and design any promotional posters, video, photos for promotional and campaign purposes.
- Track social media insights, website traffic, and ad performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Foster and maximize public engagement through interactive posts, responding to comments and messages, and building an online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote museum activities and drive attendance to exhibitions and events.
- Other duties as and when assigned by senior manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or any related programme
- At least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing
- Great communication and writing skills for both Malay and English
- Can work on roster (5 days a week)
- Can work at night as and when needed
- Plus point if you are passionate about arts/history
